|EventIndex which determines used set of 's set index. Events in different sets are allowed to master' attributes, like 'minimal spawn at the same road segment at the same time. Currently only 2 values are supported: 0 - distance'standardor ' events; 1 - 'visual effectsprobability' (road decals, etcsee /def/world/journey_road_event_master.sii).
